Who is responsible
Five Oaks, at 206 East 12th Street in North Vancouver, is leased and managed by Orin Management Group Inc. (“Orin”). Orin is responsible for the personal information collected through this website and handles it in line with British Columbia’s Personal Information Protection Act.
What we collect
When you register your interest, we collect the details you choose to enter in the form: your name, email address and phone number, and your answers about the home you are looking for, such as home type, pets, parking, bike storage, interest in a garden plot, your target move-in date, your reason for moving and how you heard about Five Oaks. We also record the consent choices you make on the form.
How we use it
We use your information to send you news about leasing, tours and move-in at Five Oaks, to answer your questions, and to help the Five Oaks leasing team understand which homes people are interested in. We only send marketing messages you have agreed to receive. We do not sell your information.
Who sees it
Your registration is available to the Orin leasing team for Five Oaks and to the marketing team working on Orin’s behalf. It is stored with HubSpot, the service provider that hosts the form, and may be stored and processed outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be subject to the laws of that country.
How long we keep it
We keep registrations until the lease-up of Five Oaks is complete, then delete them. If you ask us to delete your information sooner, we will.
Your choices
You can withdraw your consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email, or by writing to us. You can also ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it.

Website services
HubSpot processes form information and may use cookies or similar technology to provide and protect the form. See HubSpot’s privacy policy. The neighbourhood map uses OpenStreetMap tiles. When the map comes into view, your browser requests tiles from the OpenStreetMap Foundation, which receives technical request information such as your IP address; see its privacy policy. Directions links open Google Maps only when selected; see Google’s privacy policy. The directory remains usable without the map. No geolocation permission is requested.
This website does not add a separate advertising or analytics tracker. Hosting and embedded service providers may process technical request information to operate their services.
Home-design selections
A selected home design can be carried to the registration page in its web address. This is a browsing preference, not a reservation. It is only sent as a form field when that field is supported by the configured form; the registration page explains the current behaviour.
About the imagery
Images of the building, the rooftop and the homes are artist’s renderings, and the watercolours are illustrations. They show the design intent and may differ from the finished building, finishes, furnishings and landscaping. Interior images show two of the home designs and do not represent every home.
Floor plans and sizes are approximate. Neighbourhood photographs show the area and are not views from individual homes.
Individual photographer, rendering and plan credits will be added when confirmed by the rights holder.
